On 08/25/2021 Governor Kate Brown announced the filing of Temporary Administrative Order OAR 333-019-1010 from PH_38-2021, Vaccination Requirements to Control COVID-19 for Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Staff. 

In accordance with OAR 333-019-1010 and, as a defined Healthcare agency licensed under ORS chapter 441 or 443, ALL BestCare Treatment Services employees (including but not limited to individuals, paid and unpaid working, learning, studying, assisting, observing or volunteering in a healthcare setting providing direct patient or resident care or who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients, residents, or infectious materials, and includes but is not limited to any individual licensed by a health regulatory board as that is defined in ORS 676.160, unlicensed caregivers, and any clerical, dietary, environmental services, laundry, security, engineering and facilities management, administrative, billing, student and volunteer personnel) are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Thus, at this time, to be eligible to be considered for employment, all candidates must be able to provide proof of full vaccination status.
